I recently bought a condo through this new company. The service was excellent. The owner was a resident of USA and the condo had been unused for about a year. I originally rejected buying the condo but Oil continued working with the owner to come to an agreement that we were all happy with. The commission charged was far less than other sales companies and was the key factor is making the sale happen. Thank you to Oil and her team.
